I keep my mindset on point for business by refusing failure. Turning losses into lessons and using that learning to pivot my approach, rather than wallowing, KEEPS ME MOVING FORWARD. Taking action breeds more action, and when you keep moving despite setbacks, you will eventually get the flywheel spinning. So, when you experience “failure,” analyze what worked and what didn't, keeping an accurate score board. By eliminating what doesn't work, you are then left with a clear roadmap to success.
“Attitude determines altitude.” It’s something I heard during a speech that resonated with me.
A simple way to set simple goals is to ask yourself where you want to be twelve months from now. Use the SMART criteria for setting goals, which stands for
“Happiness is something we reap from the seeds we sow. Plant misery seeds and that us what you reap.” All successful businesses keep detailed records. By keeping detailed records, you'll know where the business stands financially and what potential challenges you could be facing. Just knowing this gives you time to create strategies to overcome those challenges.
People tend to have a misconstrued definition of success. We love to say things like:

I’ve written a lot about them in the past too: A lot of people never get past this phase, they quit. I would say i’m halfway there. I haven’t had the chance to take many risks in life yet. I hope that in the future I can embrace the millionaire mindset, and take the risk that I need in order to be successful. I think most of the general population (including myself) could use some work on #4. Commitment can be a very hard one.

CAROL DWECK: Yes, and you have to be OK with yourself being confused because teachers and managers need growth mindsets, not just about the students or employees, they need it for themselves. A teacher, a leader, they are learners. They are the ones that are leading us in learning and should be modeling being confused, being comfortable, being out of their comfort zone, knowing how to go get information or create teams that'll move us out of a period of confusion into clarity. I personally learned that in any worthwhile field there is more information available as needed, especially in the internet. You have to narrow down the information input to the most effective. I personally believe that one of the critical personal skills today is not to find information, but to select the best information and avoid the rest.
