Don’t make excuses for yourself 1. Discover. What purpose drives you to succeed? A person with a growth mindset, in contrast, sees their success as the result of their hard work. A growth mindset acknowledges innate ability, but is always seeking to improve. With hard work, they can always improve their skills. Their success comes from the effort they put in. Failures are lessons, messages that more work must be done, or that a different approach is required.
Make a list of all the things you need to do in a given day, and check off each task as you complete it. This will help you stay organized and motivated.
