See if someone will let you shadow them, as you may learn important skills from pure observation. Many times in my therapeutic work, when people tell me they are struggling, or that they want certain things for themselves, I ask them to think of people they admire who possess the qualities they need. They are always able to list off what these individuals have, and then I ask them what is holding them back from doing and being those things. They already have the formula, but they do not yet believe in their ability to use it. Now they just need to believe in their own abilities.
No one ever travelled on the highway to success, without ever making a wrong turn. First is that you are not entitled to anything in the world, until you create value for another human being first. Second, you are 100% responsible for producing results. No one else. If you adopt those two views, you will go far.”

2. Motivation Once you've set your goal, it's time to start taking massive action. Most successful people are positive. They face the same amount of challenges as anyone else. The only difference is that they view their failures differently. They know that by trying many things, they will succeed sooner or later, while unsuccessful people tend to give up before they've even started.

#1 hit the nail on the head! I worked at a bank for several years; and the people with the fanciest cars and clothes often had the most problems with their accounts while those who were truly well off often looked like they did almost all of their shopping in a Walmart’s clearance bin! I also noticed that the people who were “humbly” wealthy were extremely kind and overall content. Great post!
